Our HD lace went viral for many reasons, but the main one is because it does what lace is supposed to do, be subtle, discreet and go undetected.

Hair Lifespan
With proper care virgin hair typically lasts 6 to 9 months. Some customers get significantly longer with the right maintenance routine.
Your lifespan will vary depending on:
- How often you wear it — daily wear accelerates natural wear and tear and could cause you to have less time with your hair.
- Heat usage — frequent use of flat irons, curling wands, or blow dryers above 180°C will shorten the lifespan considerably
- How you wash and store it — sulphate-free products and proper storage extend longevity significantly
- How you sleep in it — always use a silk or satin bonnet to reduce friction
Virgin hair is a natural product and is not under any guarantee of a specific lifespan. The above is a guide only.
Disclaimer - Please note the knots are super small which means it takes to chemicals very quickly. We recommend bleaching the knots for 8-10 minutes depending on skin tone. Some clients may prefer bleaching for less time. Use purple or blue shampoo depending on the lift you get (orange or yellow tones). Hair that is over-processed will shed faster and cause balding.
Shipping + Returns
Bundles and frontals take 4 working days to process and are then shipped using Royal mail tracked 24 which is a next working day delivery service. Total lead time is 6 working days
Wigs that are not customised, and any coloured hair including Jet Black take 5 working days to process and are then shipped using Royal Mail tracked 24 which is a next working day delivery service. Tracking is not available until after the processing window so please wait for this time to pass before making any enquiries to about your order.
Order must be placed before 9:30am to be processed on the same day. For orders made after 9:30am, please count the following day as the first working day.
We operate on a no refunds and return policy. For further details please see our refund policy.
If you have a hair appointment coming up we recommend ordering your hair within good time. We cannot speed up the processing time and will not be held liable for any issues arising from delivery delays once the order has been shipped.
