At Delicia London Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs and hair extensions made from premium Vietnamese and Cambodian hair. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products once they have been purchased.
Exceptions (Faulty or Incorrect Items)
We will only consider refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- You received a faulty or defective item
- You received an item that is not what you ordered
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
- Ensure the item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging
Non-Eligible Situations
We will not accept refund or replacement requests for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection (e.g., length, texture, colour) made by the customer
- Items that have been worn, installed, styled, cut, dyed, or altered in any way
- Damage caused after delivery
Return Process (If Approved)
If your request is approved:
- You will receive instructions on how to return the item
- The item must be returned within the specified timeframe
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a refund (if a replacement is not available)

Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
All bundles and lace orders are processed within 3 working days as we work on a pre-order model. Order must be placed before 9:30am UK time to be processed on the same working day. If your order is placed after this time, please count the following working day as the first day your order has been processed.
Wigs that are not customised, and any coloured hair including JET BLACK take 5 working days to process. Customised Wigs take an additional 5 working days to process.
This processing time allows us and our international team to prepare, package, and ensure the quality of your wigs and hair extensions before dispatch.
We kindly ask that customers refrain from contacting us regarding order updates during this processing period. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:
- Working days do not include weekends or public holidays
- Processing times may be extended during busy periods or promotions
- Orders made before 10am Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day and this will count as the first working day.
- Orders placed after 10am will be processed the following working day. Please count the next day as the first working day.
UK Shipping
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Estimated delivery time: 1 working day after dispatch
- You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped
International Shipping
For orders outside the UK:
- Processing time: 5–10 working days
- Shipping method: Royal Mail International
- Estimated delivery time: 7-10 working days after dispatch
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs procedures
- Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Postal service disruptions
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- High demand periods
We are not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
