Disclaimer - Please note the lace is super thin and hair is unprocessed. This means it takes to chemicals very quickly. We recommend bleaching the knots for 10 - 20 minutes depending on skin tone. Some clients may prefer bleaching for less time. Use purple or blue shampoo depending on the lift you get (orange or yellow tones).

If you need your item sooner, please pay via bank transfer at check out.
Order must be placed before 10am to be processed on the same day. For orders made after 10am, please count the following day as the first working day.

This will allow your order to be processed within 3 working days and then shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 after processing time has passed. Due to our Pre-Order model, orders cannot be shipped any sooner than this. Please email info@delicialondonhair.com for any further enquiries.
Shipping + Returns
Standard orders take 6 working days to process and are then shipped using Royal mail tracked 24 which is a next working day delivery service. Tracking is not available until after the processing window.
